Leader is a gender-neutral term. The dictionaries have a common definition of leadership for men and women. Why then did the note from Lindsay Hudson, Chief Executive Officer of BAE Systems, in her book 'The Confidence Code' pierce our sensibilities?

She said: “When a man walks into the room, they are assumed to be competent until they prove otherwise. For women, it’s the other way around.”
Have you wondered why this happens? Where exactly is the gap? Be it a vision, passion or execution issue, most of it is connected with who we are as a person and how we go about things. Having a deeper knowledge of self and constantly upgrading ourselves will grow us into leaders we aim to be.

We are partnering with L&D teams who are endeavoring to grow in-house women leadership capabilities. This course is specially designed for women professionals to help re-vitalise their personality, perspective and eventually their position as a leader of their team. It is a 40 hours Transformation Journey, over a 6 month period, carefully curated to build belief in self and leadership abilities in women professionals of all experience range. This program can also be customized to specific competency building requirements for women leaders within different corporates.
The program starts with a baselining of leadership competencies using personality and ability assessments. This is followed by Individual Development Plans finalization. Thereafter the participants have access to 30 hours of experiential training sessions ( in-person or live online) that will support the individual developmental plan.
During the entire course, participants will also have access to 3 sessions of Executive Coaching individually, where our coaches will guide them to design and develop their Positive Impact Leader Profile. This will help them to navigate and accelerate their professional and personal growth.The intervention ends with business impact evaluation for each participant and company ROI overall.

Training Methodology

Standard Program is of 5 Days (40 hours).
In-person workshops can be delivered in a time spaced format. This program can be delivered virtually in time spaced format of 2 hours each. Blended formats are also available.
