Our learning journeys are carefully crafted to ensure competency upgrades for the various roles within an organisation. Business impact evaluation is a key feature of our leadership development journeys.

Leadership Coaching

Our leadership coaches are trained to help with the 'here and now' performance improvement. We facilitate learning by widening perspective and take our participants to places of #deepinsight that enables them to find new ideas and better solutions for their problems. We offer both individual as well as group coaching options.

Assessment & Development Centre

Our Assessment and Development Centres are  designed to assess individual's skills, fitment and developmental needs within an organisational role. We partner with L&D teams for high potential identification and employee development programs with a goal of leadership capacity enhancement.  

Some ways to secure reliable feedback while conducting 360 survey is to ensure we pick up the right panel of raters, identify appropriate dimensions to secure feedback on, as well as maintain 100% anonymity of raters. Our consultants work with your L&D teams to help identify the right rate matrix, customize the dimensions on which you are soliticiting feedback, draw  business relevant situational judgement indicators and then design and administer the 360 Feedback Survey.
