Mndfulness is key to leadership. Experts like Jon Kabat-Zinn, define mindfulness as "a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment". This primarily stems from two main concepts: the ability to self-regulate our attention, directing it exclusively at what is going on around us at each moment and the recognition of personal experience in each moment, based on curiosity, openness, and acceptace."

 

Numerous clinical trials have shown the impact of applying these kinds of practices in different areas of human activity. Specifically, the new techniques that have come out of neuroscience have produced important changes in the way the brain works by reducing stress and anxiety, increasing attention span and memory, for example, in people who regularly practice meditation and enter states of mindfulness.

Training Methodology

Participants will immerse in intensive practice sessions during the workshop, through use of active simulations, games, activities, short role plays, case review, scenario evaluation and demonstrations.

Program content is curated based on target audience work experience and contextualization is as per learner's role and responsibilities.

Training Duration 

Standard Program is of 2 Days (16 hours). 

In-person workshops can be delivered in a time spaced format. This program can be delivered virtually in time spaced format of 2 hours each. Blended formats are also available.
