Who Will Benefit

Leads, Supervisors, Managers, Senior Managers and Individual Contributors who work in teams and with teams.

We offer 3 levels of proficiency development: Junior, Mid and Senior. Program content is curated based on target audience and contextualization is as per experience and role of learner cohort.

Training Duration 

All standard competency based skilling programs are for 1-3 Days. These are offered as half day, full day or timespaced sessions. These can be organised  as per learner convenience.

Training Methodology

In our Sessions, our participants learn by Observation, Reflection and Active Experimentation. The sessions include activities, role plays, case studies and simulations of real work scenarios.

 

Participants are encouraged in the workshop to apply new learnings and see for themselves how their performance outcome gets altered. They are ably guided by our Positive Impact Coaches during the session, using active coaching methodology. This helps to eliminate doubts and apprehensions as they work towards transforming themselves.
