Harshita is the founder of POSITIVE IMPACT, a boutique Leadership Development firm that designs and delivers High Octane Leadership Solutions for individuals and teams. She has been in the past associated in leadership roles with organizations such as Jet Airways, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Philips Electronics, Titan Industries, KPIT Technologies, eMids Technologies and Dale Carnegie India.

These multiple affiliations support her relentless drive to create rigorous contextualisations in her training sessions. This makes training content relevant to her audience / participants/ coachees as they learn and explore newer dimensions of their personal capabilities.

Harshita Mankad Varghese

Harshita is a double Masters in Management and Applied Psychology. She is a certified Senior Trainer from Dale Carnegie, USA and has a Strategic Leadership & Management Certificate from Wharton Online. She is also a Certified Assessor for Assessment Centres from XLRI, India and currently pursuing her Ph.D from IIT Madras, India in Leadership Studies.

As a Leadership Impact coach, her forte lies in providing guidance for behavioural transformations. She brings on board a unique concept of 'Changing Behaviour One Thought At A Time'.

The Be - Do - Have Model is the corner stone of her coaching methodology, where mindset change is achieved to support behaviour transformation in individuals. Her workshops are heavily inclined towards following proven leadership success concepts such as Emotional Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry, Words that Change Minds (LAB Profile® Patterns), Human Relations Approach ( recommended by NTL Institute of Applied Behavioural Science ), Transactional Analysis and Neuro Linguistic Programming where the aim is to transform the core of leadership.
