Skill mastery is a function of time, effort and practice under able guidance. Our certification course is for those wanting to be trainers and program facilitators. It has been been designed to help develop the fine art of facilitation and training program management. This is an experiential learning workshop. During the learning journey participants have opportunities to practice tools and frameworks that help create active engagement during the session. Our participants have to clear mandatory evaluation to receive the certificate of achievement.
